Print-book shipping
Shipping eligibility, cost, method, and estimated timing are shown on the applicable product page or during checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by printing schedules, carriers, weather, address issues, or presale timing.
Presales and limited editions
Presale and limited-edition products may ship later than standard in-stock products. The applicable product page will state the expected timing and any edition-specific terms. Orders containing multiple products may ship separately.
Address changes
Contact MediSelf Press as soon as possible if a shipping address is incorrect. An address cannot always be changed after an order has entered printing or fulfillment.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
Contact publisher@mediselfpress.com promptly with the order number, a description of the issue, and photographs when helpful. MediSelf Press will work with the customer and fulfillment provider on an appropriate replacement, correction, or refund.
Returns and cancellations
Return and cancellation eligibility depends on the product, its condition, whether it was personalized or signed, and whether fulfillment has begun. Contact MediSelf Press before returning an item. Shipping charges are generally nonrefundable unless the order was damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise required by law.
Ebooks
Publisher-direct ebooks are delivered electronically, often through BookFunnel. Digital purchases generally cannot be returned after successful delivery, except where required by law or where a delivery problem cannot be resolved.
